Refund policy

At OATHEN, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
Free from damage, modification, or excessive wear
Returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

To request a return, please contact us at oathenoathen@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting us. We will provide return instructions after your request has been reviewed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified after delivery
Personalized or custom-made products, unless they arrive damaged or defective
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return results from an error by OATHEN or where otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. OATHEN is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the simplest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has been shipped.
